Jorge Terriquez was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 1986, after graduating from the University of Guadalajara with majors in finance and accounting Terriquez moved to San Francisco California. Working many years as a Production Manager, he used his skills of financing by helping MBO, Inc.'s growth by thirty percent annually. Terriquez started his real estate career in 1999 and became a very successful top producer for five years at UBN Realty, San Diego. Using his skills in Economics and Finance, Terriquez took advantage of the new trends of the economy by identifying the locations for investment properties for his clients. By doing so, they achieved best results on their "return". Through expanding in other regions, Terriquez has experience in "flipping" properties throughout regions in California and Florida, especially as distressed properties. Jorge's expertise in Luxury, Coastal, and Commercial properties helps his International Clients from Mexico that want to invest in the US to accomplish their goals and find great opportunities. Terriquez's main goal is to help his clients and accomplish their goals in buying or selling their home. Having such great passion only has made his career successful in Real Estate.
